SLog 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、Glass Game Lab（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するアプリケーション「SLog」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本規約に同意の上、本アプリを利用するものとします。

第1条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、ユーザーが自身の遊技・娯楽等に関する収支情報を記録・集計・閲覧するためのツールです。
本アプリは、特定の行為（賭博・遊技等を含みますがこれに限りません。）を推奨、勧誘、助長するものではありません。
本アプリにおける表示・集計・分析結果は参考情報であり、当社はその正確性、完全性、有用性を保証しません。

第2条（定義）

「ユーザー」とは、本アプリを利用するすべての者をいいます。
「利用者データ」とは、ユーザーが本アプリに入力または送信した収支情報、メモ、設定情報その他一切のデータをいいます。
「端末情報」とは、OS、端末識別子、アプリバージョン、クラッシュログ等、端末またはアプリ動作に関する情報をいいます。
「位置情報」とは、店舗検索等の機能提供のために利用され得る、端末の位置に関する情報をいいます。
「有料機能」とは、購入またはサブスクリプション等により利用できる機能をいいます。
「サブスクリプション」とは、自動更新型の継続課金をいいます。
「消費型アイテム」とは、購入後に消費されるデジタルアイテムをいいます。
「チップ」とは、本アプリ内機能で使用される消費型アイテムであり、現金的価値を有しません。

第3条（利用条件）

ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
未成年者が利用する場合、法定代理人の同意を得ているものとみなします。
利用に必要な機器・通信環境・費用はユーザー負担とします。

第4条（有料機能）

本アプリには無料機能と有料機能があります。
有料機能の内容・料金・課金方法は、アプリ内表示または各アプリストアの表示に従います。
購入・更新・解約・返金等は各アプリストアの規約に従います。
当社は、有料機能の内容・提供条件を変更または停止する場合があります。

第5条（チップ）

チップは消費型アイテムであり換金・譲渡できません。
チップの付与数・価格・使用条件は変更される場合があります。
不正取得が疑われる場合、残高調整・失効等の措置を行うことがあります。

第6条（データ保存）

本アプリは端末保存およびiCloud同期を利用する場合があります。
データの保存・復元・完全同期は保証されません。
データ消失に関し、当社は故意または重過失を除き責任を負いません。

第7条（情報の取扱い）

利用者データの権利はユーザーに帰属します。
当社はサービス提供・改善・統計分析の目的で必要な範囲で利用できます。
個人情報は別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従い取り扱います。

第8条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
法令・公序良俗違反
不正アクセス・解析・改ざん
システム負荷行為
権利侵害行為
虚偽情報入力
想定外目的利用

第9条（利用制限）

当社は規約違反がある場合、事前通知なく利用制限等を行えます。

第10条（サービス変更）

当社は本アプリの内容を変更・停止・終了できます。

第11条（免責）

当社は、本アプリについて商品性、特定目的適合性、正確性、安全性等を保証しません。
利用による損害について、故意・重過失を除き責任を負いません。
責任を負う場合の上限は、過去6か月の支払総額とします。

第11条の2（生成AI機能）

本アプリの生成AI機能の出力は参考情報であり、正確性・適法性を保証しません。専門的助言を構成しません。

第12条（反社会的勢力）

ユーザーは反社会的勢力に該当しないことを表明保証します。

第13条（規約変更）

当社は以下の場合に本規約を変更できます。
ユーザーの一般利益に適合する場合
合理的な必要性がある場合
変更は効力発生日の14日前までに周知します。

第14条（分離可能性）

一部無効でも他条項は有効とします。

第15条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を管轄とします。

第16条（アカウント削除）

ユーザーはアプリ内から削除できます。
削除後30日間は復元可能です。
不正防止のため識別子ハッシュを30日保持します。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the application "SLog" (the "App") provided by Glass Game Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). Users shall use the App only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (About the App)
1. The App is a tool for users to record, aggregate, and review their own entertainment and play-related income/expense information.
2. The App does not recommend, solicit, or encourage any specific conduct, including but not limited to gambling or gaming activities.
3. Any display, aggregation, or analysis results in the App are for reference only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" means any person who uses the App.
2. "User Data" means all data entered or transmitted by a user to the App, including income/expense records, notes, and settings.
3. "Device Information" means information related to device or app operation, including OS, device identifier, app version, and crash logs.
4. "Location Information" means information related to the device location that may be used for features such as shop/location search.
5. "Paid Features" means features available through purchase or subscription.
6. "Subscription" means an auto-renewing recurring paid plan.
7. "Consumable Item" means a digital item consumed after purchase.
8. "Chips" means consumable items provided for use in App functions and have no cash-equivalent value.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
1. Users shall use the App at their own responsibility.
2. If a minor uses the App, such use is deemed to be with consent of a legal guardian.
3. Users are responsible for preparing and bearing costs for devices, network access, and any other required environment for use.

Article 4 (Paid Features)
1. The App contains free features and paid features.
2. Details of paid features, pricing, and billing methods are subject to in-app display or the relevant app store display.
3. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and related matters are governed by the terms/policies of each app store.
4. We may change or suspend paid feature content or conditions.

Article 5 (Chips)
1. Chips are consumable in-app items and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
2. Chip grants, prices, and usage conditions may change.
3. If fraudulent acquisition is suspected, we may take measures such as balance adjustment or invalidation.

Article 6 (Data Storage)
1. The App may use local storage and iCloud synchronization.
2. We do not guarantee complete storage, restoration, or synchronization of data.
3. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for data loss.

Article 7 (Handling of Information)
1. Rights to User Data belong to the user.
2. We may use data to the extent necessary for service provision, improvement, and statistical analysis.
3. Personal information is handled in accordance with our separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not perform any of the following:
- Violations of laws or public order and morals.
- Unauthorized access, analysis, or tampering.
- Acts that impose excessive system load.
- Infringement of rights of others.
- Input of false information.
- Use for purposes outside assumed/intended use.

Article 9 (Restriction of Use)
If a user violates these Terms, we may take measures including restriction of use without prior notice.

Article 10 (Service Changes)
We may change, suspend, or terminate the content of the App.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)
1. We provide the App without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or safety.
2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
3. If we are liable, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the preceding six (6) months.

Article 11-2 (Generative AI Features)
Output from generative AI features in the App is reference information only. We do not guarantee accuracy or legality, and such output does not constitute professional advice.

Article 12 (Anti-Social Forces)
Users represent and warrant that they are not an anti-social force and are not associated with anti-social forces.

Article 13 (Amendment of Terms)
We may amend these Terms in the following cases:
- When the amendment conforms to users' general interests.
- When there is reasonable necessity.
Any amendment will be announced no later than 14 days before its effective date.

Article 14 (Severability)
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Article 16 (Account Deletion)
1. Users may delete their account from within the App.
2. Restoration is available for 30 days after deletion.
3. For fraud prevention, we retain only a hash of account identifiers for 30 days.
